Beer List

Stone Chrononaut

– Escondido, CA We brewed our first IPA in 1997 (or what we now call ‘ancient history’). In actual real history, India Pale Ales had already traveled from the fringes to the mainstream in the 1800’s before falling into the obscurity of time. Yet, in the youthful exuberance of our young brewery, we went all in, and helped both speed up the recognition of the historic style and lock in its place in the present...and perhaps even future. This IPA is a tribute to all the IPAs that came before it, and those that will come next.

Stone Scorpion Bowl

– Escondido, CA. Floral and citrus notes from muscle, loval & Belverion hops to create a fruity, tropical flavor. ABV: 7.5% | IBU: 76

Stone Tangerine Express

– Escondido, CA. Citrus, fruity and hoppy with a slight hint of pineapple. ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 75

Stone Brewing Ruination

- Escondido, CA So called because of its truly ``ruinous`` effect on your palate, this massive hop monster will change forever your preconceptions of what defines good beer. This is Stone IPA's big brother, and we mean BIG. We essentially began with our already-awesome Stone IPA, threw in an extra-large helping of malt, and added a lot more hops. And then some more. And then even more, resulting in a vibrant blast of citrusy bitterness that hits you on the first sip. Just one taste and you'll know why we call this indelicate jewel ``A liquid poem to the glory of the hop!``

Stone Delicious Gluten Free

– Escondido, CA. Hoppy, citrus, lemongrass, the bitterness is balanced by the hop spice. ABV: 7.7% | IBU: 75 7.7% ABV

Stone Brewing Neverending Haze

- Escondido, CA It’s no secret that IPAs are our favorite beer style. They represent everything we believe beer should be: bold, flavorful and distinct. And while we’ve certainly enjoyed brewing high-ABV double IPAs over the years, we loved the challenge of packing all that bold character into a 4% IPA. With notes of dankness and citrus in a beautiful golden orange haze, this beer is brewed to celebrate neverending good times.

Modern Times & Stone Brewing Wizards & Gargoyles

- Escondido, CA It's not just the same hometown that unites Stone Brewing and Modern Times. It's an unceasing drive to create, innovate and challenge convention. (Not to mention the shared obsession with those little green miracles we call hops.) Modern Times / Stone WIzards & Gargoyles IPA is an achievement of collaborative awesomeness between two San Diego craft beer trailblazers. Centennial, Cashmere, Citra, and Azacca hops are joined by two in-development hops, yielding juicy notes of tropical citrus that play beautifully with the robust flavors and aromas of the coffee, supplied by, of course, Modern Times' caffeination masters. The result is a beer as wonderfully unique as its creators.

Stone Brewing Viking Space Probe Double Hazy IPA

- Escondido, CA In the spirit of all the exploratory missions deployed across the galaxy — be they spacecraft, Viking or other — we’re constantly probing the world of beer back here on Earth. That quest has brought us to this latest creation, which comes from our brewing team at Stone Brewing – Napa. With a haze reminiscent of some far-off nebula, and further complimented with the juicy flavors of Ella and Citra hops, this beer is most definitely out of this world. Crafted to be enjoyed on Earth, but if intelligent life does exist out there, we’re pretty sure they’ll like it too.

Boulevard Brewing Co - Space Camper IPA

- Kansas City, MO Space Camper Cosmic IPA is an exhilarating initiation into a mind-bending alternate universe of India Pale Ales. Our brewers employ massive hop additions at the end of the boil, and during fermentation, to minimize upfront bitterness and create a juicy IPA bursting with tropical fruit flavors and aromas of nectar and citrus. ABV%: 5.9 | IBU: 50

Modern Times Orderville

– San Diego, CA Orderville is an aggressive, fragrant IPA that blends the fruit-forward character of Mosaic hops with resinous stickiness from a mélange of dank hops. The resulting beer is immensely rad, with an unmistakable bangin’ aroma and a fully saturated hop flavor and finish. The cracker-dry body keeps the focus squarely on the massive, incredibly delicious hop character, inviting your taste buds to join a drum circle of flavor in a magical forest of hops. ABV% – 7.2 | IBU – 75

Golden Road Passion Wolf

– Los Angeles, CA Passion Wolf is a bright and tropical Hazy IPA bursting with real passionfruit. Gold in color with a light-medium hazy body. The real passionfruit used complements the hop character of the El Dorado, Cascade, and Citra which brings great notes of fruit punch and citrus.

Mikeller Windy Hill

– San Diego, CA. Tropical hazy IPA with a pineapple upside down cake and black herbal bitterness New England style. ABV: 7% | IBU: 70

Russian River Mind Circus

– Santa Rosa, CA Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a “Hazy IPA” Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a “haze” and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance.

Russian River Blind Pig (as available)

– Santa Rosa, CA Full-bodied, very hoppy, with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish! ABV% – 6.25

Russian River Pliny The Elder (as available)

– Santa Rosa, CA Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! That is why we make it in such limited supply. Actual bottling date is printed on each bottle! ABV% – 8

Firestone 805

– Paso Robles, CA. Refreshing blonde with a subtle malt sweetness balanced by a touch of hops. ABV: 4.7% | IBU: 20

Maui Bikini Blonde

- Kihei, HI A clean, crisp & refreshing Helles, perfect any time

Pizza Port California Honey

– Solana Beach, CA California Honey is pale straw in color. Fruit ester with aromas and flavors of honey with a crisp, clean finish. ABV% – 4.8

Russian River Damnation

- Santa Rosa, CA Inspired pretty much by Duvel and other strong golden ales of Belgium. It is medium-bodied, has a fruity/banana bouquet, and a dry, spicy finish.

Stone Brewing Arrogant Bastard

- Escondido, CA This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

Stone Brewing Day Fall

- Escondido, CA This 5.5% Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with Bergamot orange peel and coriander, making a supremely refreshing, full-flavored beer, ideal for sipping in the sunshine. (And at nighttime. And as a beer-mosa at brunch. And absolutely any time.)

Boulevard Brewing American Kolsch

– Kansas City, MO Using European pilsner malt and malted wheat as a base, American Kolsch is bittered with Magnum hops and features herbal, citrusy and spicy notes from end of boil additions of Tradition, Saaz and Saphir. Pouring golden in color, the aroma is of bready malt punctuated by a slightly minty hop character. `{`…`}`

Mother Earth Brew Co. Cali Creamin'

- Vista, CA Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year. This product is Vegan.

Russian River STS Pils

– Santa Rosa, CA STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish. ABV% `{`…`}`

Boulevard Brewing Co - Tank 7

- Kansas City, MO When our brewers were experimenting with variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in fermenter number seven. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish. With its balance, carbonation, and complex flavor profile, Tank 7 is one of the ultimate food-pairing beers in existence. But don't just take our word for it, esteemed chefs from around the country agree. We've sat down with a bunch of them and asked them seven questions over a Tank 7.

Golden Road Mango Cart

- Los Angeles, CA First in a series inspired by the iconic fruit cart vendors of Los Angeles. A light Wheat Ale bursting with lots of fresh mango flavor and aroma, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout

– Denver, CO. Rich caramel and toffee notes with bold hop character. ABV: 9.5% | IBU: 75

Modern Times Black House Coffee Stout

– San Diego, CA. It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness! ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 40

– Dublin, Ireland Rich and creamy. Distinctively black. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to compliment a base of roasted barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavors counter and combine perfectly. This is our greatest innovation. Truly unique. Perfectly balanced. Made of More™.

– Kihei, HI Robust dark ale with hand toasted coconut & hints of mocha ABV: 6% | IBU: 30
