Beer List

Bone Yard DIPA

– Big Bear Lake, CA We have our very first IPA on tap! It is a DIPA that has more pale malt to make it a darker IPA and hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and finished with Mosaic for a piney, bitter flavor and aroma!

Stone FML Fear Movie Lions

Stone ///Fear.Movie.Lions Hazy Double IPA is an 8.5% blend of cross-country styles. It's got the bitter hoppy backbone you'd expect from a West Coast IPA, with a slight haze and massive aroma you'd typically find in an East Coast style IPA.

Stone Japanese Green Tea

When our old friends Toshi Ishii and Bryan Baird approached us about brewing something special for Japan relief efforts, we of course jumped at the opportunity. We created this very special IPA, brewed with 100% Maris Otter Malt and Belgian candi sugar. Once we decided to tie it all together with the addition of Japanese Sencha green tea in a dry hop, the rest of the recipe came together easily. We included hops that we believed would blend well with the tea flavors, and we went non-traditional, at least in the sense of American IPAs.

Stone Tangerine Express

– Escondido, CA. Citrus, fruity and hoppy with a slight hint of pineapple. ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 75

Lagunitas IPA

A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.

X Brewery Dictionary Roulette

California- Hazy/New England-Style IPA. This style of beer generally offers hop-forward flavors and aromas with much less bitterness than American IPAs, as well as a much hazier appearance.

Kern Just Outstanding IPA

Named after a local mountain bike trail, this India Pale Ale balances just enough malt with an abundance of Simcoe and Amarillo hops. We dry hop it so there is plenty of pine, earth and floral aromas; kinda like hiking the Just Outstanding trail. If you like your IPAs hoppy and clean, you'll find this one Just Outstanding!

Iconic DBL IPA

At the core of each adventure lives the drive to exceed. To push the limits. To elevate above the status quo. And above all, to create something memorable. This Double IPA does exactly that, inspired by the iconic west coast aviation achievement, elevating an equally iconic west coast beer style. Without abiding by convention or limitation, it serves as an example and an invitation. Make your next adventure Iconic.

Russian River Happy Hops (As Available)

Happy Hops was originally brewed by the Grace Brothers Brewery in 1944 right here in Santa Rosa! Their brewery went out of business in the 1960’s, but we wanted to resurrect “Happy” and a new fun beer for him to enjoy! It is also a way for us to pay homage to the Grace Family and their brewing pioneer history. Happy Hops is an incredibly hoppy India Pale Ale with an immense hop aroma and flavor and a mild bitterness.

Russian River Mind Circus (Not Available Now)

– Santa Rosa, CA Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a “Hazy IPA” Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. This unique hazy IPA gains its flavor of grapes and grass from the Nelson hops, and its tropical notes of pineapple and mango from the Strata hops. It is unfiltered leaving a “haze” and some yeast for more texture. Oats were also used to add to the softer mouthfeel and hazy appearance.

Russian River Blind Pig (Not available now)

– Santa Rosa, CA Full-bodied, very hoppy, with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish! ABV% – 6.25

Russian River Pliny The Elder (as available)

– Santa Rosa, CA Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! That is why we make it in such limited supply. Actual bottling date is printed on each bottle! ABV% – 8

Bone Yard Honey Blonde

– Big Bear Lake, CA. Our very first Blonde ale brewed locally and our very own grain bill! This blonde has a load of raw honey added to give it a smooth honey flavor and hopped with late addition mosaic.

Firestone 805

– Paso Robles, CA. Refreshing blonde with a subtle malt sweetness balanced by a touch of hops. ABV: 4.7% | IBU: 20

Mother Earth Cali Creamin (Vegan)

Our flagship offering is golden to pale in color, with low bitterness, medium body, and a white head. Our Cream Ale has redefined the category and made a classic style cool again. We use a bit of Madagascar Vanilla Bean to give it that “Cream Soda” kick. This beer finishes dry despite a subtle perceived sweetness from the Vanilla. Great any time of year. This product is Vegan.

Russian River Apical Dominace

Since 2012 Natalie and Vinnie have been eyeing experimental hop HBC-692 at the experimental hopyard at Select Botanical’s in Yakima, WA. It particularly struck a chord with them because of its distinctive pink grapefruit aroma. One of the highlights of their annual trip to Yakima for hop selection is “rubbing” or smelling this hop. We chose to brew a hoppy Blonde Ale to really showcase the hop character. This batch also includes Citra, Crystal and Comet hops. Apical Dominance has a beautiful grapefruit/citrus and melon aroma, with mild bitterness, and a lingering finish.

Maui Bikini Blonde

- Kihei, HI A clean, crisp & refreshing Helles, perfect any time

Although we have made this beer once before, it was only available on our guided tour and for special events. The base beer is a Pilsner aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels with the addition of Sauvignon Blanc grape juice from the 2018 harvest for a secondary fermentation. The juice and barrels are from Dutton Vineyards in the Russian River wine appellation here in Sonoma County. There is no lactobacillus or pediococcus added to the beer, only brettanomyces. The tart acidity comes from the wine grapes. This beer is delicate and beautifully balanced, a perfect refresher on a warm summer day!

Seafarer Golden Kolsch

Inspired by the traditional light ale from Köln, Seafarer is made with German pilsner malt and aromatic, floral Hallertau Tradition hops. This crisp, pale, lively Kölsch-style ale is the perfect first mate for navigating the seas of life.

Wheat / Wit

Stone DayFall

- Escondido, CA This 5.5% Belgian-style wheat ale is brewed with Bergamot orange peel and coriander, making a supremely refreshing, full-flavored beer, ideal for sipping in the sunshine. (And at nighttime. And as a beer-mosa at brunch. And absolutely any time.)

Bone Yard Citrus Wheat

This American Style wheat is lightly hopped with centennial hops to give a hint of citrus aroma's and flavor.

Heineken Hefeweizen

In German, “hefe” refers to the yeast which remains in suspension giving the German beer its cloudy appearance, and “weizen” denotes the use of wheat. This wheat beer is at its best when poured into a weizen vase, a large curvaceous glass which showcases the beer’s beautiful glow and corrals its large, persistent foam cap given the style’s characteristic effervescence.

Golden Road Mango Cart

- Los Angeles, CA First in a series inspired by the iconic fruit cart vendors of Los Angeles. A light Wheat Ale bursting with lots of fresh mango flavor and aroma, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Stone Brewing Arrogant Bastard Red Ale

- Escondido, CA This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

Bone Yard Red Ale

At 8.8% ABV, this red’s bold malt flavors & mild hops give it an undertone of pineapple & citrus with slight pine aromas.

Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout

– Denver, CO. Rich caramel and toffee notes with bold hop character. ABV: 9.5% | IBU: 75

Modern Times Black House Coffee Stout

– San Diego, CA. It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness! ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 40

– Dublin, Ireland Rich and creamy. Distinctively black. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to compliment a base of roasted barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavors counter and combine perfectly. This is our greatest innovation. Truly unique. Perfectly balanced. Made of More™.

– Big Bear Lake, CA Robust dark, porter with a sweet finish.

Maui Coconut Porter

– Kihei, HI Robust dark ale with hand toasted coconut & hints of mocha ABV: 6% | IBU: 30
