IPA
Bone Yard DIPA
– Big Bear Lake, CA We have our very first IPA on tap! It is a DIPA that has more pale malt to make it a darker IPA and hopped with Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and finished with Mosaic for a piney, bitter flavor and aroma!
Stone FML Fear Movie Lions
Stone ///Fear.Movie.Lions Hazy Double IPA is an 8.5% blend of cross-country styles. It's got the bitter hoppy backbone you'd expect from a West Coast IPA, with a slight haze and massive aroma you'd typically find in an East Coast style IPA.
Stone Japanese Green Tea
When our old friends Toshi Ishii and Bryan Baird approached us about brewing something special for Japan relief efforts, we of course jumped at the opportunity. We created this very special IPA, brewed with 100% Maris Otter Malt and Belgian candi sugar. Once we decided to tie it all together with the addition of Japanese Sencha green tea in a dry hop, the rest of the recipe came together easily. We included hops that we believed would blend well with the tea flavors, and we went non-traditional, at least in the sense of American IPAs.
Stone Delicious IPA
Stone Delicious 7.7% IPA is a citrus-forward, gluten reduced beer with magnificent lemon candylike flavor and hop spice.
Lagunitas IPA
A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.
Kern Just Outstanding IPA
Named after a local mountain bike trail, this India Pale Ale balances just enough malt with an abundance of Simcoe and Amarillo hops. We dry hop it so there is plenty of pine, earth and floral aromas; kinda like hiking the Just Outstanding trail. If you like your IPAs hoppy and clean, you'll find this one Just Outstanding!
Russian River Happy Hops
Happy Hops was originally brewed by the Grace Brothers Brewery in 1944 right here in Santa Rosa! Their brewery went out of business in the 1960’s, but we wanted to resurrect “Happy” and a new fun beer for him to enjoy! It is also a way for us to pay homage to the Grace Family and their brewing pioneer history. Happy Hops is an incredibly hoppy India Pale Ale with an immense hop aroma and flavor and a mild bitterness.

The original Pliny is dry-hopped on day 7 with about 2 pounds per barrel, and DDH Pliny is dry-hopped on day 1 and again on day 6 for a total of about 4 pounds per barrel.

Heineken Hefeweizen
In German, “hefe” refers to the yeast which remains in suspension giving the German beer its cloudy appearance, and “weizen” denotes the use of wheat. This wheat beer is at its best when poured into a weizen vase, a large curvaceous glass which showcases the beer’s beautiful glow and corrals its large, persistent foam cap given the style’s characteristic effervescence.

Red/Amber
Stone Brewing Arrogant Bastard Red Ale
- Escondido, CA This is an aggressive beer. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory—maybe something with a multimillion-dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made at an independent brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless seltzer / fizzy yellow beer / whatever-the-hell will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multimillion-dollar ad campaigns make all that junk taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.
Bone Yard Red Ale
At 8.8% ABV, this red’s bold malt flavors & mild hops give it an undertone of pineapple & citrus with slight pine aromas.
Stout
Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout
– Denver, CO. Rich caramel and toffee notes with bold hop character. ABV: 9.5% | IBU: 75
Modern Times Black House Coffee Stout
– San Diego, CA. It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness! ABV: 5.8% | IBU: 40
Guinness
– Dublin, Ireland Rich and creamy. Distinctively black. Velvety in its finish. This iconic beer is defined by harmony. Sip after sip, sweet counters bitter as the malt arrives on cue to compliment a base of roasted barley. Just as the unmistakable white head sits flush atop the dark beer, so do the flavors counter and combine perfectly. This is our greatest innovation. Truly unique. Perfectly balanced. Made of More™.
